- Member Welfare: To cater for the interests and welfare of our members, ensuring they lead dignified and fulfilling lives post-retirement.

Our Objectives
- Support Network: Encourage home visits to sick and needy members, giving them a sense of belonging and support.
- Financial Sustainability: Engage in fund-raising activities within and outside our membership to finance the various programs of the Association.
- Active Participation: Participate actively in all activities that involve any of our members and lend helping hands to members in need.
- Open Forum: Create a regular “Share your Problems” forum where Pensioners can meet to discuss their challenges and find collective solutions.
- Social Responsibility: Participate in campaigns against anti-social vices like violence, cultism, child labor, terrorism, sexual harassment, etc.
- Government Liaison: Maintain regular communication with relevant government organs on issues related to the welfare and well-being of our members.
- Networking: Liaise with similar organizations within and outside the country to learn from their programs and attract interest for the sustenance and growth of our Association.
- Advocacy: Negotiate on behalf of our members in all matters related to their benefits and entitlements, and encourage government agencies to participate in programs that will improve members’ well-being.
- Continuous Learning: Organize regular workshops and seminars to keep our members informed about current trends and opportunities.
- Community Integration: Foster a sense of community among our members through regular social events and get-togethers.
- Health Initiatives: Implement health programs including regular check-ups, health education, and support for members with chronic conditions.
